David Miklos

David Michael Miklos, 65, of Dunmore, died Saturday July 18th, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart. Born in Bucks County, he was the son of the late John and Lucille Barbieri Miklos.

A 1980 graduate of Dunmore high School, David had been employed by Price Chopper as a manager, product distribution manager for Coca-Cola, and a distribution representative for Nabisco. He enjoyed skiing, golf, cooking and watching all games possible on three TVs in his man cave.

Dave aggressively engaged in adventures with friends from all walks of life. His helping hand was never at rest for anyone crossing his path. He was known to be passive, kind, the life of every party and famous for being an honest, true and dependable friend.

He rested comfortably and safely, continually protected by his army of guardians at his bedside until his last goodbye. Dave was gifted, having gathered this plethora of committed, dedicated and magnificent hearts. In return, his heart was a gift to all.

As Dave would say, “It is what it is!!”

Services are private under the care of the Morell LaBelle Funeral Home, Dunmore.
