Joan A. DeNucci, 82, of Dunmore, died peacefully Saturday at her home.
Born in Dunmore, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Alice Mancuso DeNucci. She was a life member of SS. Anthony and Rocco Parish, Dunmore. She was a devoted sister and aunt who always made herself available to support her family. She was a good friend, and will always be remembered by her generous heart.
She was preceded in death by her five brothers, Frank, James, Phillip, Salvatore and Ralph; five sisters, Carmella, Isabel, Josephine, Angela and Lucy. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and will be greatly missed.
The funeral will be Friday with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Dunmore. Interment will be at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Dunmore.
Calling hours will be held Friday morning from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Morell-LaBelle Funeral Home, 301 Chestnut St., Dunmore.
