Joseph F. Yontos

Joseph Yontos 71, of Throop passed away at home Sunday evening after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Joseph and Ann Montoro Yontos.He was a graduate of local schools, and prior to his retirement he was employed for over 15 years by National Book company.He is survived by a niece Leah Saravitz and husband Jeremy Beaver, and a great niece Cate Kawalski.

He was also preceded in death by his sister Joann Saravitz.

Private arrangements were conducted by the Morell-LaBelle funeral home Dunmore.
