Mark Roger Ventimiglia, Scranton, lost his courageous battle with cancer Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021, at the age of 75. Mark was a graduate of Dunmore High School, class of 1965, and Keystone Beauty School.

Born Aug. 2, 1946, in Scranton, he was the son of the late Thomas and Helene Ventimiglia.

Mark was a very successful hair stylist who worked in New York City and Los Angeles for many years before returning and opening his salon in Dickson City. He also worked part-time for Keystone Specialized Living where he cared for his special friend, Ron.

Mark will be remembered for his unique wit, caring for those in need, his love for his family and friends and his pride of his French heritage. He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Bernard.

He is survived by a sister, Debby, Rockland, Mass.; brother, Thomas, Scranton; sister-in-law, Judy, Scranton; niece, Nicole V. Luongo and husband, Pat, Hoboken, N.J.; nephew, Bernard Ventimiglia Jr. and wife, Glenna, Burlington, N.J.; great-nephews, Patrick, Zachary and Beckham Luongo; and great-nieces, Julia and Alaina Ventimiglia.

Services will be held privately at Mark's wishes and memorial donations can be made in Mark's name to Beacon Specialized Living - Keystone Community Resources, Supported Living, 100 Abington Executive Park, Suite B, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
