Nancy Jo LeClere

Nancy Jo LeClere of Scranton passed away Friday, Feb. 3, at Allied Hospice, she was 82 years old.
Nancy was the daughter of Elmer and Georgia LeClere. She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School. After graduation, she worked for Capitol Records, moving to California when they moved their operations there. Later, she owned and operated her pet grooming business for many years.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Kathleen Kelly, Jayne Wasco, Arlene Forestin, Nancy Ann LeClere; and by her brother, Col. Dick T. LeClere and wife, Jeanne LeClere.
She is survived by her nieces, Jacquelin DelVecchio, Lisa LeClere, Michelle Ferrara, Stacey DelVecchio, Lori Burcheri, Isabella Burcheri; and nephews, Brad Winters and Christopher Winters.
A special thank you to Judi and Jerry for all they did for Nancy over the years and to her good friends, Linda and Peggy.
Donations in Nancy's name can be made to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter in honor of Nancy's love of animals.
The funeral services will be private.
The arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Morell-LaBelle Funeral Home.
