Susann Theresa Yurchak

Susann  Theresa  Yurchak 79 of Dunmore passed away January 22, 2026 at Allied Skilled Nursing under the care of Hospice of the Sacred Heart from a lengthy courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late George and Julia Dolinich Yurchak.

She was at a graduate of Dunmore high school, and prior to her retirement she was employed as the office manager at I Kaplan Inc and an office clerk for MTL Textiles.

She was proceeded in death by sisters Mary, Irene Palmitessa, and Nancy Jean Jennings and brothers Michael, George, Robert, Nicholas, Alexander, and Stephen. She is survived by a sister Doris Boise, a nephew and caregiver Todd Boise, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special longtime companion, Michael Grayson.

The family would like to thank the staff of Allied Terrace, Allied Skilled Nursing, and Sacred Heart Hospice for the kind and compassionate care that they provided to Susann.

A private service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
