We are very proud of our facilities; our building was built in 1899 by an individual who worked in the banking industry. The home is a three story structure with four large rooms on the main floor, and an 85ft wrap around front porch.
It has gone through a recent remodel with new bathrooms and air conditioning for your comfort. One of the homes most prominent feature is the ornate chestnut wood work throughout not to mention the three fire places that where originally used to heat the home back in the day.
We are wheel chair accessible and have a large parking area with separate entrance and exit so your friends and family don’t have the hassle of street parking to contend with. All of this is situated on over an acre in a park like setting with a large front yard with mature landscaping and two beautiful magnolia trees which bloom each spring we also have a plum tree which bears fruit in the late summer early fall.
We are located on Chestnut Street, a quiet side street just down from St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church. This location provides a serine atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Dunmore’s main streets.
